Cap Bon's Client looking for Contract Senior Java Developer
MUST be local to New York City. This is a Hybrid position, onsite and remote.
with at least 6 years of enterprise development experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in working with multiple business lines and the ability to manage small projects when needed.
The following skills and experiences are required:
- Java Development: The candidate should be an experienced Java Developer with knowledge of JDK 8 or 11. They should have a solid understanding of Java programming concepts and be able to apply them in a real-world scenario.
- Apache Camel: The candidate should be proficient in Apache Camel (Version 3) and have experience integrating it into enterprise applications.
- REST API: The candidate should have experience developing REST APIs and implementing Enterprise Authentication and Authorization.
- Enterprise Services: The candidate should have experience working with Enterprise services, including monitoring and state management.
- Spring: The candidate should have experience working with Spring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator). They should be able to develop, deploy, and maintain applications using the Spring framework.
- JMS: The candidate should have experience with JMS (Active MQ or similar) and be able to integrate messaging into enterprise applications.
- Database: The candidate should have experience working with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase and be able to design and maintain database systems.
- Capital Markets: The candidate should have experience with Capital Markets and a deep understanding of how Derivatives instruments are valued. eTrading experience would be a nice plus.
- Overall, the ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
